In his previous position as CEO of the Yael Group’s PRODAC subsidiary, Mr. Menaged was instrumental in the company’s significant leaps in technology, markets, and market share. He created new business opportunities, recruited global resellers, and was responsible for the installation of the company’s flagship product at beverage plants worldwide. Mr. Menaged has amassed a decade of experience in the management of manufacturing and technology companies, and more than 18 years in the sale of complex projects - all focused on successful improvement of business performance. He has opened markets around the world and has positioned PRODAC as a market leader, creating strategic partnerships and OEM agreements with Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Menaged has done extensive hands-on work with MES solutions for plants, as well as web environments, portals, and knowledge management tools. He was formerly the CEO of PorQTech, an SAP software house which was acquired by a leading Israeli integrator. Prior to that, he was a senior director at Deloitte & Touche, managing their ECS/IDI line. Mr. Menaged holds an MBA degree in International Management and a BA in Communications and Business Management with honors from the College of Management, a Management degree from Tel Aviv University, and has lectured at various Israeli academic institutions.

Mr. Naor is an expert in Operating Systems, Programming Process Control Units, HMI and MES. In the early 1990’s, he re-wrote the Real Time PLC logic for packing machines which is still in use today. He has been involved for two decades in the development and maintenance of instruments for packing machines and MES packages for OEE and downtime analysis. He is a recognized expert in Software and Product Integration Management, as well as the analysis of customer requirements for MES and EMS, HMI, and ERP systems. Prior to becoming PRODAC’s VP Customer Support, Mr. Naor was Project Manager at PRODAC, developing customer solutions based on extensive discussions regarding technical specification requirements - and leveraging his hands-on experience with a wide range of systems. Previously, as Support and Customer Account Manager, he handled all technical aspects of the company’s management and installation processes. Mr. Naor holds an Engineering degree from Tel Aviv University, specializing in Practical Engineering for Industrial Instruments and Control.

Ms. Livne-Weisler brings to the company more than a decade of experience as a Human Resources Manager. Prior to PRODAC, she was in charge of HR at the Israel Embassy in Belgium as well as at SigmaOne, a startup where where she recruited over 80 employees and was responsible for training, welfare and all other human resources issues. Ms. Livne-Weisler previously worked as an exhibition organizer - managing all aspects of company exhibits, including contact with international clients, booth design, PR, and lead follow-up. She also acted as the assistant to the Agriculture and Science Minister at the Israeli Embassy in China. Ms. Livne-Weisler has extensive knowledge of several languages. She holds a BA degree in the Social Sciences from the Open University, a BA in Social Sciences and French Language and Literature from Tel Aviv University, and a degree in Human Resources Management in High Tech from the Israel Management Institute.

Mr. Harari has been with PRODAC for over seven years. He has over a decade of experience in the analysis, design and development of client/server, web-based and n-tier applications. Mr. Harari continuously updates his knowledge and skills, studying the latest industry technologies and tools. He is an expert in the development of Windows applications, web applications, Windows services and web services in Microsoft Visual Studio .Net IDE, SQL Server, etc. His in-depth familiarity with programming includes data accessing, SQL Server database design, reporting services, Silverlight and WPF, Infragistics Net Advantage controls for web, Winform, and BI solutions. Prior to PRODAC, Mr. Harari worked as a programmer at a startup developing a survey and test system via the net, and was a software programmer for Xor. His extensive technical skills include classic ASP, C#, C, VB.NET, XAML languages, AJAX, Javascript, VB script, Jquery web technologies and many more, as well as a wide range of Servers, Databases and Operating Systems.
