PRODAC is a management decision-support system. The basic PRODAC tools for showing information are the Plant Status Display of the PRODAC Information Center, the Line Monitor and the Reports Generator.
The Plant Status Display shows you what is happening currently in all lines, so you can see what areas need immediate attention. It lets you see the plant at a glance and correct developing situations before they become major problems.
Depending on configuration, PRODAC can keep complete records of line stoppages and their causes, QC events and their causes and other events, throughputs and performance. This information is stored in a relational database for as long as you wish. Details and summaries are shown in reports, and optionally in convenient graphic query displays. Reports support long-term decisions about maintenance, line balance, machinery and scheduling.
