During the site analysis and preparation of the integration plan, PRODAC engineers and your plant personnel may identify additional sites on the line where it is desirable or necessary to add additional sensors or PLC equipment to provide an optimal picture of line throughputs and losses or to provide data about other parameters. These may include for example:
 Monitoring of throughput for specific machines
Monitoring of losses in key phases of filling operations.
Monitoring stoppages in critical segments of the line.
Collecting temperature measurements for key ingredients before they reach the line.
As an optional service, PRODAC and its PLC supplier partners will install the PLC equipment and sensors, and interface the PLCs to the PRODAC Data Collection Engine.
