PRODAC offers a variety of services either as part of the product package or as separately purchased options. These include:
Training - On site advanced training in all aspects of PRODAC operation Tailoring - PRODAC to your plant - Site plan and Configuration Integration - Interfacing the PRODAC Data Collection Engine (DCE) to your Additional PLCs - Adding and interfacing new PLCs and sensors if and as Support - PRODAC personnel provide support by telephone, by e-mail and on-site for the life of the product. Annual Service Contract - Optional contract to maintain software.
